Products, rules and holidays in the app
The products, packs, reference prices, delivery zones, public holidays, rules and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and reveal nothing about you.

Your bread orders stay on your phone. This policy covers the Standing Bread Order app for Android; the note below covers this website.
This website
The website has no account, no cookies, no analytics and no external scripts or fonts. The planner keeps your plan in this browser (local storage) until you clear it. WhatsApp opens with the request in its link, so in a browser WhatsApp’s wa.me page receives that text; Email opens your own email app with the request written in. MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca receives nothing until you press send there.

It covers the Standing Bread Order app for Android and explains what happens to the information you enter in it.

What this notice covers
The notice covers the app on your phone: the products, rules and public holidays it shows, the standing orders you keep, and the ways the app hands a request to you to send.

The standing orders you keep
For each standing order you can save a business name, the kind of business, the delivery zone, an address or landmark and the opening time. The app does not ask for your NIT, ID number or exact location.

Quantities and versions
The app stores the quantity of each product for each weekday, and each version you save with its start date, the time you saved it and an optional reason. Past versions are kept unchanged so you can compare them.

Holidays, breaks and extra bread
The app stores your rule for public holidays, any date with its own rule, and the pauses, skipped days and extra-bread periods you add, with an optional note.

Delivery checks and notes
For each delivery day you check, the app stores what was ordered, what you received, what you handed back and an optional note.

Contact name, phone and driver notes
To let MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca deliver and reply, a request can include a contact name, a phone number and notes for the driver. You type them yourself and they are optional.

Where your data is stored
Everything you enter is stored in the app’s private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.
Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

No account, no cloud copy
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

What the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

No internet access
The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

Sending a request by WhatsApp
When you tap Send on WhatsApp, the app opens WhatsApp with the request written in a message to MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
WhatsApp’s own terms apply to messages you send with it.

Sending a request by email
When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the request written in and addressed to MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

Calling, copying and sharing
Call opens your phone app with MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca’s number filled in; the call is made only if you start it. Copy puts the request on the clipboard, and Share opens the Android share sheet.
Each time you send, share or copy a request, the app also stores the time, the channel, whether it was the whole order or the changes, the version, and the holiday rules and breaks it carried, so it can show when the order was handed over and remind you when something changed since.
A request you send reaches MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca through the channel you used. MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca uses it to confirm and deliver your order. Ask MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca directly how long it keeps messages.

Sharing a week check
A week check lists, for one week, what was ordered, received and handed back, with your notes. It leaves the phone only when you share or copy it yourself.

Your choices and rights under Colombian law
You can edit, duplicate or delete standing orders at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone. Deleting an order does not cancel anything you already sent.
Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013) you can ask MACPAN PANIFICADORA FONSECA S.A.S to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). Changes and contact
If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
