Delivery days and times

Bread should be at the door before you open. These are proposals for the bakery to confirm.

Before you open

The window runs from 2 hours to 30 minutes before your opening time, never before 4:30 am. A shop opening at 6:00 am gets 4:30 am – 5:30 am.

The cut-off

The planner counts a proposed cut-off of 6:00 pm: a change handed to the bakery before it reaches the next delivery day, a later one the delivery day after that. The bakery confirms its own cut-off.

A small minimum

The planner flags a delivery under 20 units, a proposed minimum so the trip is worth making.

By law, food travels in clean containers, never on the floor, in a vehicle marked “Transporte de Alimentos”.
