Plan your week

How it works

How a standing order works

One week of bread, kept as versions, with every exception written down.

    Set the week

Choose the bread for each day the bakery delivers in your area. Quantities move by whole packs, so a bag of 10 rolls goes 10, 20, 30. Days without delivery are greyed.

    Save it as a version

Each saved week is a version. It counts once you hand it to the bakery, and starts on the first delivery day the proposed 6:00 pm cut-off allows: the next day before the cut-off, a day later after it. The version before stays in force until then, and no version is ever edited.

    Plan holidays and breaks

Choose a rule for public holidays: as usual, no delivery, or the holiday's bread with the delivery before it; then change it date by date. In the app you can also pause deliveries for up to 30 days, skip up to 7 days or add extra bread for a busy week, up to +100 %.

    Hand it to the bakery

Send the whole order or only the changes on WhatsApp or by email, or copy it. MACPAN Panificadora Fonseca confirms the products, the packs, the prices, the days and the time.

    Check each delivery

Count the bread at the door. In the app, set what arrived and what you handed back, add a note, and share the week’s totals to settle with the bakery.

A request, not a contract: the bakery confirms before the first delivery.
